The RareOzBooks.com guarantees the condition of every item as it is described on our Web Site. We understand that ordering used books over the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your books in their original condition within 14 days (post-marked) of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also refund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us directly - we promise to do everything we can to make things right.

Processing a Return:
To receive a refund for any purchase from the RareOzBooks with which you are not satisfied, return the item (post-marked) to The RareOzBooks.com within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders. We recommend that you rewrap the item in its original packaging for return shipment, as merchandise should be returned in the original condition described. Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return for fastest processing and shipping refund, if applicable. We will send you an e-mail to notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in two to three weeks from our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
